View ->Current View->Define Views
New : Name Appel
Type Month View
Apple appears in Define Views For Calendar
click edit button on right
Nothing happens
delete Apple
make Banana of type Table
the moment I click OK it comes up with a list of fields to edit.
So trying to make your own Monthly view (or if I read above and other
correct anything but a table view) is not possible.
