This sounds like it'd still present "Hibernate" as an option on computers that have encrypted swap partitions (which intrinsically breaks hibernation). See comment 2 on this bug. We need a solution that lets me *prevent* myself from accidentally hibernating (and triggering unexpected results) on a system with encrypted swap. If it's possible to auto-detect the encrypted swap and auto-disable hibernation in that situation, that's awesome.
