Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus
Using gnome in Hardy: 1) plug in a USB storage device, I get a /media/disk-N created for the device and the drive is mounted, nautilus shows the dir 2) right-click in the view and select "unmount this device" about half the time the files panel now show the home directory, and the mounted device will vanish from the 'Tree' view, but half the timethe files window will just clear and the device will persist in the Tree view listings; clicking on that sidebar item will get a message dialog Couldn't find "/media/disk-1". check the spelling and try again. but very often it will just ignore the Open click and do nothing at all; the lists will clear out the zombie mounts when I reboot the machine.
