I am also getting this error, however I'm getting it in Lucid. My error is a little different as it is saying "Offline - Account Disabled"
Logged into Hotmail to verify that the is disabled and lo and behold, the account is very much active! ;) Checking older bugs and it appeared that there was a similar bug in Hardy's version and apparently it was related to pymsn... wondering if it could hold true for this version as well? Please let me know what's going on and if there are any fixes that I missed in the bug previous bug reports.
