I may be missing something in bug #500786 but this looks like it effects
only the livecd (fix is released in casper 1.211). I still can't login
with low user id on an installed system. What I'm seeing is definitely
the same as bug #495304. and I think from Nizars original report that
this is what he was also experiencing. Marking as duplicate.
