Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

When I insert a USB device, I get an icon on the desktop and an icon in
Nautilus' tree view. The right-click context menu from the tree view's
USB drive icon lets me Unmount or Eject but not Safely Remove Drive.
All the other context menus for the same drive's icons (Desktop, Places,
Computer...) have a Safely Remove Drive option, so it seems to be an
inconsistency of tree view that Safely Remove Drive is missing.
