Public bug reported: Binary package hint: f-spot
When you install a new system and then you want to import all your photos managed with f-spot (and tagged with it with tags stored in the photos) you can simply import your photos (file -> import) with f-spot and all of them have their previous tags, but what about the tag icons? They are lost. I think f-spot should include an option to export tag icons. Maybe the best thing is to add an export feature that allows you to copy your photos into a target directory (for example an usb medium) and the icons into a file so that f-spot can import them. My tests are with f-spot 0.4.3.1 and Ubuntu Hardy. ** Affects: f-spot (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: wishlist -- f-spot should include an option to export tag icons https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/498800 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to f-spot in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
