I received this email from boun...@canonial.com on behalf of WeatherGod,
one of the administrators I believe who is trying to help me understand
why it is i do not have any sound on my Ubuntu 9.10 download. This is
what I asked and he responded: "The audio with my Ubuntu 9.10 is not
working for any program within this distro. I am within VMWare
Workstation 6.5, what can be done to solve this problem?
I was told to post this information after typing into the terminal this
command: (sudo fuser -v /dev/dsp* /dev/snd/* /dev/seq*)
Here are the results of that command:

I sent this information to him as an email and within this bug report
