Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: yelp

When I try to program the Ubuntu Key (Win) using System -> Preferrences
-> Keyboard Shortcuts I am unable to program the Ubuntu Key (Win) to
open the main menu. When I click on Show the Main Menu and it says add a
new shortcut, I push on the Ubuntu (Win) key, and nothing happens. If I
use <ctrl> + <m> it works. Why isn't the Ubuntu key (win key)
recognized by Ubuntu 9.10?
