I did encounter the bug again as I had to burn multiple discs. The first log file shows a session in which I immediatly clicked 'burn another copy' after a succesful burn. After that, the just burned disc was not ejected, but brasero tried to burn onto the already burned disc, and gave an error.
In the second file, I did replace the disc before hitting the 'burn another copy' button, although I would not expect to have the disc changed without a dialog remembering me I have to put in a new disc (including ejecting the current one). However, also this attempt failed and I got an error. (I think I continued burning from the main menu, so this bug report contains multiple burns.) Hopefully, this error log is useful to you.
