I tried the link you gave me, it seems there is no source package of openoffice in the tree. So i tried making a backtrace, but i get this: This GDB was configured as "i486-linux-gnu"..."/usr/bin/oobase": not in executable format: File format not recognized. OK, i found out oobase is a symlink to ooo-wrapper. That appeared to be a script which calls soffice. now soffice also appears to be some perl-script, but this one is too complicated for my 2-weeks-old-knowledge of perl. So how do I go about then?
