Public bug reported: Binary package hint: yelp
I am using a Toshiba laptop, dualbooting Windows Vista, and Ubuntu 9.10. I turn the computer on while plugged into the wall, and then put it to sleep. If I open the lid while still plugged in, the computer works fine. I expect this to happen when the computer is using batter power as well. If I unplug the laptop and then open the lid, waking the computer, and log in, the computer loads the desktop, then immediately goes back to sleep without me doing anything. I then need to press the power button once to wake it back up, and everything works fine. Its just a minor annoyance.
