Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

Opened a new bug as all similar bugs are either marked as fixed or
invalid.

When hovering the mouse over the Notification Area icon Rhythmbox should
show a box with the currently playing song and album cover. Since
upgrading to Ubuntu 9.10 this only happens once every now and again.
This happens whether the app is minimised, open or minimised to the
tray.

Things I've tried to fix this:

Reinstalled Rhythmbox
deleted my local profile.

Ubuntu 9.10 32-bit
Rhythmbox 0.12.5-0ubuntu5
