My laptop is an HP NX9420 one. When I try to load the official HP clips in
http://h20464.www2.hp.com/resultsCSR.htm?prodSeriesId=1839153&MEID=3EB1765E-CCB6-45C1-829A-17C44A10653E
For example, when I try to play "Expansion memory board" clip, the error is:
No packages with the requested plugins found
The requested plugins are:
Windows Media Speech decoder
However, if I try to "Open it with "Movie Player"" and select "Cancel"
so PackageKit does not try to search for the required codec, the clip
start playing but WITHOUT SOUND in the external totem player.
