Two things I forgot: - Evince behaves correctly both with and without the poppler patch. Are there perhaps Qt-specific parts of the patches? - If I can find the time, I'll try to reproduce the crash with a different PDF file. The current one is my master thesis, which I'd rather not share with the world in its current state.
