Public bug reported: Binary package hint: evolution
Steps to reproduce : 1) write a new mail in Evolution 2) select part of one line 3) right click to show contextual menu Expected result : selection is kept and it is possible to choose "copy" from the menu Actual result : selection is lost Note that if selection contains the beginning of the line it works. I can reproduce it in plain text, html in Evolution 2.26 and 2.28 According to tests with upstream and Ubuntu users this seems to be Ubuntu specific.
