using Karmic alpha6 + Updates (amd64 Gnome Edition)
on a HP HDX18-1080EG Notebook

steps to reproduce:
- boot
- login (brightness 100%)
- suspend (to RAM)

- wake up (brightness minimum) <<<<<<<<

- adjust Brightness (with Fn) to 100%
- suspend (to RAM)
- wake up (brightness 100%)
(after that, at every standby the brightness will be OK)
