Public bug reported: Binary package hint: rhythmbox
I have a shared disk FAT32 with my music onto (.ogg - .mp3 - .wav). I associated the folder to Rhythmbox so that when it starts it looks for new entries. The program starts correctly but after changing manually 3/4 songs it freezes; I checked the System Monitor and it actually says Futex_wait. I dunno if the problem is related to the search functionality of the program because even when I search something and click on the result to start playing the program goes "futex_wait" and so I need to kill the process. Thanks for your time. 1) OS Version: Ubuntu 9.04 2) rhythmbox: Installed: 0.12.0-0ubuntu4 Candidate: 0.12.0-0ubuntu4 Tabella versione: *** 0.12.0-0ubuntu4 0 500 http://it.archive.ubuntu.com jaunty/main Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status ProblemType: Bug Architecture: i386 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 9.04 ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/rhythmbox NonfreeKernelModules: nvidia Package: rhythmbox 0.12.0-0ubuntu4 ProcEnviron: LANG=it_IT.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: rhythmbox Uname: Linux 2.6.28-15-generic i686 ** Affects: rhythmbox (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug i386 -- Rhythmbox freezes when playing mp3s - Futex_wait https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/437327 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to rhythmbox in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
