The lockup not only occurs with the file I mentioned in the original report, but also with the one I'm going to attach - it's a smaller file, just 450k.
Because of this, I suppose that this is a general problem of Totem with MJPEG files. I'll also attach the "source" JPEG files, which were used to create the MJPEG avi.
