Yes, you can reproduce it by clicking at the section "radio" in the Rhythmbox; after that, click at "Absolute Classic Rock". It won't play and will show a circle with the exclamation (!). Some message will be played by the radio, saying that they have some problems. I don't know, but It can be that the radio is off. But if that was correct, I couldn't heard it in my browser (FF).
