I'm currently using these three, as unsetting just GPG_AGENT_INFO no longer seems sufficient.
unset GPG_AGENT_INFO unset SSH_AUTH_SOCK unset GNOME_KEYRING_SOCKET (Not all of these necessarily relate to seahorse?
