- Make it possible to output thumbnails without the film borders

- updated gstreamer requirement
* debian/patches/03_disable_debug.patch:
- dropped since the issue is fixed in the new version
* debian/patches/66_show-cover-image.patch:
- dropped since the change is in the new version
* refresh the other patches for the new version
