Tested with Karmic Alpha 5. Ekiga is still not installed by default (changed by Ubuntu?); however, all the dependencies (ekiga, libdc1394-13, libgsm1, libopal3.6.4, libpt2.6.4, libpt2.6.4-plugins, odbcinst1debian1, & unixodbc) were in karmic/main repositories. Window placement is still correct, as it was in Alpha 3. This appears to be fixed now. Thank you.
