Public bug reported:

I have password for corporate proxy server and this password contains
following symbols: "_%/&{" (without quots). One of the mentioned symbols
in password is not escaped (I think this is "/" symbol). So, when I try
to use Internet connection through corporate proxy I gets some every
weird messages. I've attached video where you can view these messages.
The same issue appears in Synaptic package manager. I can't provide
report of the ubuntu-bug tool because it fails to upload report through
proxy.
