My ~/.cups/lpoptions is empty, 0 Bytes. (it's quite a fresh install) I only tried printing a test page from the gnome-cups tool, as I stated (it said "A4 test page sent to printer", but the printer received a Letter format page). I don't expect any different results from other applications, but if you want me to try I will.
Stand by for the libgnomeprint2.2-0 version, as I'm currently in another OS.
