Hi. Got a DELL Dimension 4100 and got the sames problems as yours (PCI_PM_THAW -16) when hibernate and when resuming, got artifacts everywhere, no computer is unusable (Hard Reset).
Is that Odd or there seems to be DELL computer who got thoses problems ? Is there a problem on their BIOS how they handle APCI call or what ? Anyway, it"s works just fine on Windows XP or Vista, so it's just something with DELL than Windows is aware about... BTW, i do use a ATI AIW 9800 PRO video card. At first, I was looking for a problem with video card. Now, it looks to be a APCI/BIOS problem... What do you think ?
