Try downloading any windows .exe installer, for example, official 7-zip: http://downloads.sourceforge.net/sevenzip/7z465.exe You can extract or open in normally using file roller on linux. I'm not an expert but I believe its just normal .zip or .7z archive + program to extract it. I do not require auto-extract program to work, but I sill should have option to extract it?
