Hi, Support for those devices has been dropped in Debian:
"ptlib (2.6.1-1) experimental; urgency=low + + * New upstream release. + + [ Eugen Dedu ] + * Remove DC and AVC plugin packages, since they do not compile anymore + with current versions of libraw1394/libdc1394/libavc1394 in debian." Unfortunately, nobody is currently maintaining DC and AVC plugins in PTLIB. Work is in progress to support GStreamer in Ekiga, this will bring those devices back in Ekiga.
