I tried to create it as a google calendar but did not work and then I created webcal experiencing this problem. I believe that the cause is the keychain ubuntu. when they asked me if I wanted to grant access evolution I said no. now makes me not store even if evolution is set to remember. now I have set as google calendar and it seems to work.
