Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ekiga

Rwanda has changed their calling numbers (some or all). In the number I am
trying to call, the '0' after '250' (national code) has been replaced by '78'.
For example, previous number: 250084xxxxx becomes 2507884xxxxx. After a mont of
transition, this new number has become definitive.
On Ekiga, when I try the old number, a Rwandan operator rejects my calling
number ; whereas when I try the new number, an Ekigan women (with an Americain
accent) says kindly "Sorry that number is not valid".
Can you fix that Ekigan message?
Thanks

PiR
