Thanks Brian for your response, I have changed the Operating System to 9.04, AMD64, and installed the Skype 2.0.0.72, and tried the various settings for finding out the right device for sound. On default it does not work. On Pulse - I can hear the skype voice response, but my voice does not play back in the echo test.
I am not sure what sound card is used, I think it is on board the mother board, and the mother board is a S - Series Gigabyte GA-M61PME-S2P model. The rest of the write-up on the Mother board cover is: nVidia Ge Force 6100/nForce 430/rev.1.0AM2+/PCI - EX1/Micro ATX 2DDR2 Dual-CH/HD Audio 10/100 Lan/2 SATA 3Gb/s/8 USB2.0 I hope I could communicate the necessary information you need. Look forward to hearing from you. Pradeep On Sat, 2009-07-04 at 04:08 +0000, Brian wrote: > Have you configured skype?
