I dont think it is a duplicate of Bug #15442.
15442 refers to the interchange of the whole top and bottom panels when
moved from default position.
I am referring to just the position of the time/calendar and netmonitor
and other tray icons RELATIVE to each other next to the power button on
the Top panel.
I am using Jaunty X64 without any modifications to either the panels or
the whole desktop theme or icon sets.
Will attach both the screen shots when i get them.
