I had downloaded & installed the update manager updates. This include the Linux Kernel 2.6.28-13-generic. The computer froze once while using IBM Lotus Symphony and another time using epiphany. 1) The release of Ubuntu you are using, via 'lsb_release -rd' or System -> About Ubuntu.
