Reproduce/what happens: 1. open a program in workspace X (by whatever means - double clicking a file, choosing from the menu, panels...) 2. switch to workspace Y while the program is loading 3. the program opens in the active/showing workspace, workspace Y I expect the program to open in workspace X, where I started the program.
