Daniel, you'll want to use Inhibit() rather than InhibitInactiveSleep. See http://cvs.gnome.org/viewcvs/*checkout*/gnome-power-manager/docs /gnome-power-manager.html#pm-Compatibility -- this is due to the XDG standardisation.
