Can´t give the screendump, but I rembember that included a permissions information (not having enough, or not permitted) when using terminal to install printer (The ppd file) What happens here is (as in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/HpPrinterInstallationAndMaintenanceDapper) is steps 1 thru 7, but in step 8, the printer doesn´t appear. And then , run step 9, and so, the dump from the device manager.
