I am having trouble propagating the fix into my system. I downloaded glib-2.20.1.tar.gz onto my Desktop. Uncompressed it. Patched it. Typed: connfigure make install
Everything seemed to work, but I don't know how to replace the version I have with the new one. (Its probably simple, but I am not use to compiling stuff for linux) A good set of steps would be very helpful!
