** Description changed: Binary package hint: gnome-terminal To further explained what happened, I was checking out on a subversion server. While it was downloading, I went to change some keyboard shortcuts. Next thing I know, everything suddenly became unresponsive. Mouse didn't move, keyboard didn't respond, nothing.. caps lock and num lock LEDs didn't come on as they should. I waited a few minutes to see if it was lag, but I don't think it was. I can summarize what I did in three steps. 1. Open GNOME Terminal 2. Type in "svn co svn://svn.openwrt.org/openwrt/packages/" 3. Hit the "Edit" menu, and then click on "Keyboard Shortcuts". The window comes up and that's it. Even though I labeled this bug as part of GNOME-Terminal, I bet there's more to it. For Linux to crash that easily is beyond me. First time that has ever happened to me. Here's my current setup: OS: Ubuntu 9.04 32-bit fully updated June 5th @ 4:30AM. Computer: Dell Inspiron b130 Processor: Intel Celeron M @ 1.60GHZ RAM: 768MB DDR2 GPU: Intel i915(this uses the Intel GMA900 chipset) This is a fresh install of Ubuntu with updates ran. + + EDIT: + Well, checked out on that SVN server. It didn't crash since I haven't touch the keyboard shortcuts.
