when we work in Italy with a phone provider, we must use its account for email.
f.e. : I work with Telecom provider, but I have a "libero"email.
it is necessary to write a simple procedure to use evolution in thes
case :
smtp : use the server indication in out , f.e. : out.aliceposta.it
POP : server : localhost:2000
It is necessary to have a program installed , as freepops
