I'm unaware of expo's drag/drop interface, so I can't comment, other than to say I found it REALLY REALLY useful to be able to move windows from workspace to workspace (on or off of the current workspace, for example) before this bug was introduced.
Indeed, it _was_ a great way to "manage my windows".
