Recently (I think about the same time I began noticing bug 364838) the "Exit" options window on this system) began opening BEHIND the active window, and other windows on the desktop no longer dim out as they had previously. I can click it on the task panel and bring the Exit window to the front, but this is new, different and seems clearly wrong.
Exception: Exit window opens in front of an active Wine application window, but behind any other Linux window I tried (Nautilus, Firefox, Thunderbird and Mousepad.)
