This is again a theme bug. The emblem icon in question is:
/usr/share/icons/Human/48x48/emblems/emblem-desktop.png The index.theme section for the 48x48/emblems directory puts the nominal size at 48, and the icon itself is 48x48. However, the icons in 48x48/emblems should be sized so that they look correct when used as emblems with size 48 icons (that is, the actual images should be smaller than 48x48). For example, the 48x48/emblems/emblem-desktop.png icon in the "gnome" theme is a 31x32 image. So there are two ways to fix the problem: * make the icons in 48x48/emblems smaller than 48x48 (same for other sizes) * set the nominal size for 48x48/emblems to the nominal size icons you'd want 48x48 emblems being displayed with. -- Giant Desktop emblem https://launchpad.net/bugs/47001 -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
