Dear Sebastien, Currently, remote access is turned off in preferences and there is a vino-server running.
It is in my list of applications that start up with gnome, now that I've checked. Anyway this looks like a bug. It should be expected that the existence of an already running vino-server will be handled gracefully. This will probably be experienced by many users whom, like me, have vino-server run on login. Note that I didn't put it there. This is an upgrade from intrepid.
