Excellent. Fix Confirmed, adding a file shiretoko.xml to /usr/share/gnome-control- center/default-apps with suitable content (http://pastebin.com/f170c2e2f) caused it to be populated in the selector. Will forward this info to firefox-3.5 packaging.
