Yes, sorry, the dialog belongs to gnome-session. I'd like to point out a minor inconsistency with this change: When configuring keyboard shortcuts using gnome-keybinding-properties, the associated action for Ctrl+Alt+Del is labeled "Logout". This is no longer true, since this action does not offer the option to log out. It should be renamed to something else, like "Shutdown". I'll report this as a new bug.
