Thank _you_ :-) If I may suggest something for the future: If a user reports something on launchpad, then he doesn't really know what else he should do. For most users, I think it's a big step to report something here. And if they're told "that's something to be send upstream" they don't know what upstream actually is and whether its their responsibility to send it there. When in doubt, they will just don't do anything. I'm sure the user would really appreciate if you'd use the same message over and over again, maybe something like (taken from https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/f-spot/+bug/342885/comments/1 ) "Since this is an enhancement request, may you send this upstream directly to http://bugzilla.gnome.org? That's where the project actually is been driven, Ubuntu just makes a "copy" of that on a regular basis. For further instructions please have a look to http://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME . If you're unable to do so (for any reasons), please tell us. Thanks in advance."
