Dear Sebastien, I won't reopen this bug again, since I've fixed it and know enough not to make the same mistake twice. But I think you're making a mistake.
Ubuntu presents "About me" as a stand-alone app by making it available via the >system>preferences menu. The package you refer to, the "control center", isn't known by any user who installs a standard ubuntu system. The fact of the matter is that when removing EDS an app users know and expect to work will break. They don't know what control center is. Best of luck with that, Arthur -- gnome-about-me depends on evolution-data-server which is not mentioned in the dependency https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/234885 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug assignee. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
