I was about to file a very similar bug. I made a quick mockup showing a couple improvements:
-The window title and text are more informative, now you see exactly what happened. -The message itself is bold, to stand out. -There is only one button, close. Having two buttons that did the same thing only confused the user. I think that should be more than enough. A simple dialogue on your desktop when you come back.
