You have been subscribed to a public bug: In the new 2.6.28 kernels, fuse is built in instead of a loadable modules (CONFIG_FUSE_FS=y).
When configuring Tomboy to sync over the network, it apparently does lsmod (or its equivalent) and asks to load the fuse module. Since fuse is no longer a module, this fails and so fails to configure network synchronization of notes. Tomboy should not assume that fuse is a module because it may in fact be built-in to the kernel.
