you did not understand. I say you can not install the extensions that a user needs with gnome-app-install. this is a deliberate decision of Ubuntu. But this means people can not really use Epiphany if they do not use Synaptic. OTOH for Firefox every single stupid extension is available throught gnome-app-install.
